Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of PayGlobal products and services, including wallet functions, transfers, account management, and related digital payment capabilities. By creating or using an account, you confirm that submitted information is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain adequate security over credentials, devices, and authentication methods. You agree to use PayGlobal only for lawful purposes and to avoid prohibited activity including fraud, sanctioned transactions, identity misuse, abuse of promotions, and attempts to compromise platform security. Completed transactions may be irreversible unless reversal is supported by policy, provider capability, or legal requirement. PayGlobal may suspend or terminate account access for security concerns, violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or legal/regulatory directives. To the extent permitted by law, PayGlobal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party outages, telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or inaccurate beneficiary details submitted by users. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
